Hi Everyone,
I’ve got enough evidence against Karayiannas and Pittadjis for my legal case. To be honest I don’t need the grief this thread will bring me.
But I cannot sit back and see others ambushed with the same tricks my family fell for.
I have to show here how Karayiannas use this forum and how Karayiannas abuse this forum.
Last week while dusting off my files for the main event. (See my thread regarding Pittadjis)
I went back to the beginning. I googled every name, phone number and development brochure we ever received to see if something new would pop up. It did.

Shows that the forum member “Angel” is in fact ANGELa Ioannou of Karayiannas Developers & Constructors.
This post from “Angel” selling property, ties them together.

That really made my toes curl. Why not disclose who you are? Why say “i believe” it’s Karayiannas when you know for fact it is. Why say “people that have bought there gave appraisal to Angela and Michelle” I can’t find that appraisal! Why pretend to be someone else?
As for that comment “what do you have to lose” Just look at my website for the answer.
In the last month alone Angel has posted “land for sale” & a “2 bed” for sale in Paralimni.
On her “land for sale” thread I see members Gilda and Bill were able to pick up on the title deed trap despite Angel saying she had “full ownership” - a close call IMHO
The 2 bed she says she is selling is for a colleague. Who is your colleague? You work for “the foremost Developer & Construction Company in the area”- Karayiannas’ words not mine.
I looked back at Angel’s post history and I saw the property she sells here.
What is shocking Angela, is not what you do say; it’s what you don’t say.
In the past few months members who are Karayiannas Customers have HAD to come on to an OPEN FORUM to ask if the land their house sits on has been re-mortgaged! You said nothing.
I’ve also recently seen a post where a member asked if the road on Ayios Sergios has been laid yet. That’s was a year on after it was supposed to be completed for me. The answer was NO incidentally. But you remained silent. What does it say about the after sales service when customers can’t approach Karayiannas for the answers to these questions?
Once again I know there are happy Karayiannas customers out there but if you’re attacking me for stating facts please disclose if you have been awarded your title deeds yet. Otherwise I’m afraid I will question your motives and probably won’t waste my time responding to you. Karayiannas staff has a voice here, let them use it.
This morning I saw “Angel” swoop down on the thread titled “new gal needs help!!”
It gave me shivers. I wonder how many other forum accounts Karayiannas have. I wonder if Karayiannas send complaints to the administrators about my thread. How does Karayiannas vote in member polls? What Private emails do they send out, when they see a thread titled “new gal needs help!!”
This is the BEST internet forum for Cyprus. I just hope people like you don’t abuse it.
The best thing you have ever done for MY family Angela is posting here for your master.
He can NOW never cry in court that his voice was not as loud as mine.
And no Karayiannas customer EVER has to apologize for voicing their concerns here. (At least 2 have done so in the past) I always welcome Karayiannas to engage me in any open forum.

Conor,
Thanks for bringing this to my attention - though I had thought you
were going to give me a heads up.
Members will know I don't tolerate such behaviour as it happens
quite often - unfortunately. False recommendations and false advertising
are never permitted. Usually I catch them out myself and sometimes with
assistance from other moderators and members.
In every case the result is the same - the membership is revoked and
postings removed from view - as will happen in this case.
I would appreciate it if you could email me any further info that you
may have on this.
